Scannergraf Artes Graficas USA prepares artwork for print: high-resolution scanning, file checks, colour proofing and the plate-ready output a press run starts from.
This site sets out the pre-press work we take on, how a job moves from file to proof, and how to reach the people who handle it.
Use the request form or email us with the file, or a short description of the job if the file is not ready. A person replies with what is needed before anything is set up.
Yes. Photographs, illustrations and printed originals are scanned at the resolution the final print size needs, then cleaned up and colour-corrected.
Files travel by email or transfer link, so most pre-press work does not depend on distance. Ask and we will tell you plainly what can be handled remotely.
Yes. A soft proof goes out for layout and text, and a colour proof when colour has to match. Nothing moves on until the proof is signed off.
Files received and logged with the job spec: size, stock, colours and the date the work has to be on press.
Photographs, artwork and printed originals scanned at the resolution the print size calls for, then cleaned and colour-corrected.
Fonts, bleed, resolution and colour space checked and corrected before a file is imposed.
Soft proofs for layout and text, colour proofs when a match matters, and nothing goes further until they are signed off.
Imposed, plate-ready files laid out for the press and the sheet the job will actually run on.

This website does not take payment. Nothing is charged here, so there is nothing to refund on anything sent through this page. This policy covers amounts paid later, directly to us, and it is published in advance so the rules are known before anyone pays anything.
A deposit paid to hold an order or a booking is returned in full if you cancel before work starts. The refund is issued within 10 business days of your written request, to the account the money came from.
If we cannot deliver what was agreed, for any reason attributable to us, every amount you paid is returned in full, with no deduction and no administrative fee.
Cancelling after work has started returns whatever has not been committed to materials or labour. Any deduction is itemised in writing before the refund goes out.
Send the order reference to contact@craftpressusa.online. Receipt is confirmed the same business day, with the date the refund will be paid.
